总体基本满意，但不像个新酒店。说说问题吧，房间设施齐全但有烟味，卫生间略显陈旧，没有浴缸，毛巾暗淡显旧。客服餐厅服务员都很客气。早餐在餐厅，种类极少，只有牛奶，没有果汁豆浆咖啡茶、没有当场加工的食物，但基本能吃饱。中餐厅在二楼，装修、菜品种类、价格都远远高于一楼的西餐厅。西餐厅要了一壶茶20几块，中餐厅要了一壶一样的茶88块。总之，按这个环境服务应该价格定位在300多，500多一晚实在不值。

酒店规模和环境都还算可以，但酒店自己没有洗衣设施，是送出外面去洗，曾有过要退房了可洗的衣服不能及时拿到，需要多加小心。
