位置环境服务人员态度都不错，就有两点:1、浴室里没有准备浴袍，对于这种定位的酒店来说不应该。2、地库卷闸在二十三点半以后就关闭了，而且负责卷闸和停车杆的竟然不是同一个人，导致最后找到卷闸负责人之后，看着地库大门开着干着急，就是进不去或者出不去，如果遇到有客人半夜有急事，真是耽误事情。
