刚入住，就发现房间马桶堵了，叫人过来看，冲了两次，通了，然后说没问题，走了，带着孩子，厕所很重要，要求换房结果换了另一间给我，进去后发现不停打喷嚏，眼泪鼻水一起来，用了快一盒纸巾，地上好多灰层毛绒，我从不过敏都会这样，又要求换房，结果又将我换回原来马桶堵了的那间1539房，我无语，还跟我说，稍后如果再发现堵再联系她，结果我懒得说了，结果我就一个晚上不停的冲厕所通厕所！其实说真的，我入住的星期一，客房几乎都是空的，是不是每次通过艺龙订的酒店都这样啊？非常不好的入住体验，我住过这么多家凯悦，这家最差劲了，除了游泳池的工作人员还不错！

国内来说还算不错，但跟澳门君悦比起来软硬件差距还是不小，装修在看不见的地方确实花了不少心思，例如卫生间的干挂石材，但是烧水壶这些细节有待提升
