入住的是嘉宾轩，却完全没有嘉宾的服务，前台的工作人员不仅在前台负责办理入住和退房竟然还要兼职旁边的嘉宾轩餐厅，办理入住时前台没人，办理退房时前台依然没人！吼到嗓子破了还不见一个人影，后来找了很久找到了一个清洁卫生的阿姨，让阿姨帮我找前台工作人员才找到！前台工作人员去餐厅帮忙去了！真是无语！难道偌大的酒店连单独的一个前台工作人员都请不起吗！还有除了松山湖旁边有个小沙池，完全找不到儿童玩乐的地方，问前台服务人员，也说没有其他儿童娱乐了！真不知道怎么凭上的亲子酒店！
