非常不错的酒店，在土司城内，环境怡人，不过最让我觉得应该表扬的是：酒店服务人员的素质极高，态度非常和蔼，刚刚进大堂手续，就有以为女服务员帮着把大行李箱拿到房间，我都有些不好意思，觉得人家小姑娘会不会很累呀！总之，强烈推荐。

暑假去恩施游玩住宿的，很好，干净且安静。到也有不足，靠近网球场的房间采光和通风太差，建议不要入住。就是宾馆里总是出现官员与狗，管理太弱，已经影响宾客的休息和宾馆形象了。

连续住了3天真的非常的推荐，性价比超高是当地最好的酒店之一，之前李克强来访也是住的这家酒店，而且就紧挨土司城旁边也非常的方便，吃饭打车都很便利。最值得一提的是服务一流订了一个带阳台的超级大床房间非常舒服给服务员们一百个赞！

就在土司城边上，从火车站打车30块。环境还不错，离市区有点远。周围没什么吃饭的地。酒店比较干净。

就在土司王城里，闹中取静，环境很好！出门到马路往右走500米有个瑞园食府土家鼎罐饭不错，三、四个人点两套就够了！

满分酒店！设施环境和停车都非常放心，在景区门口。出彩的在于服务，这家酒店的服务给人的感觉并不是那种极其专业，但却非常友好，认真，负责任。这是那些带着假笑想怎么把客人“忽悠”满意的酒店不能比的。细节就不说了，去恩施体验一下就知道
