12月7号晚上七点半左右入住1104房，给我办理入住的前台接待该去培训了！登记的两张门卡都开不了门，找回去问前台接待那个女的，她上来第一句话不是说“我看一下请稍等”，而是“你是怎么开的门？”。难道客人开门都不会吗？当然，是有这种情况，但是应该先自检再检别人。且对方态度相当“生硬”，不要说五星级酒店服务态度，连汉庭都不如，汉庭的态度都是客客气气。第二次换的门卡2张又有一张开不了门。硬件陈旧可以理解，软件落后不能接受，望商家严格员工培训，不要让客户流失。
