设施旧！房间小！洗手间很旧！干湿竟然没分开！要在浴缸上淋浴，资料写了2014翻新，竟然只是部分房型，还有就是走廊！前台说豪华房间才是翻新的，加钱去看了一下，仍然好旧！！在祖庙！推荐马可波罗。比这里新太多

定了大床房，进房间发现厕所里有烟头废纸，水池有积水，不知为何卫生没做好，但是服务非常赞，立即给我换房间，还是换了个套房，意料之外！赞一个！

佛山皇冠假日酒店非常非常非常值得推荐的理由不仅是由于他们的完善的设施，而是让顾客永远不会忘记他们的贴心服务！
有一位德国客人（政府代表团的成员）把护照忘在房间里。到深圳入住深圳酒店时才想起来。佛山皇冠假日酒店派人送到深圳来，而且没有收取费用，全团的德国代表团成员表示：将来到佛山，只住皇冠假日，其它就酒店完全不考虑！
