酒店环境不错，房间大落地窗，视野开阔！硬件设施不错，但是酒店人员服务态度和意识很一般！结账退房效率太低！酒店大堂外面礼宾人员服务意识不行！总体感觉一般！

预定的房间还是整体不错的。问题出在晚上十二点需要加一间房间时，速度超慢，而且给了个考角落的房间，霉味超级重，窗户小到不能再小的，因为十二点多加开个房间用了四十分钟多，困得不行，将就睡了！从星级酒店的早餐品种以及新鲜度来说很是一般的，对早餐有要求的人来说还需慎重。其他还不错！
