酒店位置还不错，清净不喧闹，去周边商城还挺方便，离世纪莲体育馆很近，如果听演唱会的话还是蛮推荐住这里的。服务人员态度特别好，从前台到客房服务人员都热情有礼貌，会询问顾客的实际需要。房间很干净，床品好。以后出差还会选择入住这家。

第一次入住佛山的希尔顿，总体感觉不错，前台服务热情迅速，房间也比较满意，但冷气不太够冷，可能是总机温度控制了。退房也不用等多久。希望改进的地方是房卡方面的问题，只有一张房卡，二人住，出入很不方便，而且坐电梯也要用到门卡的，所以希望下次入住时能配两张房卡。
