感觉一般。硬件是非常好的，酒店整体装修、房间都非常好；房间卫生搞得挺干净；位置交通方便～服务员态度也还可以，说不上热情，但也是基本礼貌礼仪能做到，而且从前台到餐厅，服务员基本都能跟外国客人英语交流；自助早餐口味挺好，款式也多。。不好的地方是什么呢～最不能忍的是，check in超久！通常酒店不是14点可以check in？我去到酒店时是15点30分左右，前台告知我房间还没有打扫好~我问大概还要多久？说要40-50分钟！而且不是只有我这个房的在等，在大堂有很多客人都在等check in~最后是什么时候入住的呢？？是17点50分左右。第一次遇到这样的事。。预订之前在评论也看到其他住客反馈过这个问题，在微博也看到有人说来住这个酒店，到傍晚6、7点才check in~我还以为是偶尔一两次，谁知我去到也是这样。所以，这是这家酒店的常态？感觉这样就是超浪费客人时间的（当然你也可以选择出去逛逛再回来~~~）

硬件足够好，大厅豪华，整体环境新。但软件方面不够匹配酒店档次，办理入住秩序较乱，等候时间长；大厅到电梯无指引，晚上入住时大厅中间无服务人员，电梯等候区看不到电梯所处位置；房间装修风格偏成熟，适宜中年人士，年轻人会觉得不轻松；房内空调制冷效果一般。
