首先入住等待很久，入住与退房只有一位职员。
房间洗澡水很大，但温度难调节。
空调调到24，还是热。
酒店硬件可以，服务有待提高，餐厅的服务员有几个两手甩甩，好像在逛街。早餐品种一般。
碰上新年期间，到处吃饭地方很少。
离市区较偏，沒多少玩耍，带孩子的不考虑再入住。

21楼的楼层服务员很贴心，前台也热情，总体服务不错。早餐品种丰富，就是春节期间客人太多，服务员忙不过来。
