每次来顺德都是住万豪酒店，虽说万豪和喜来登都是同一家，但服务那真是天壤之别，这次是第一次来喜来登，就说态度吧，首先来到前台，服务员就板着脸，到了晚上忘记拿房卡就到别的房间去了，打电话叫人过来开，回答是你自己下来拿😤😤😤。第二天女儿住5楼，要上10楼拿行李，按电梯要必须刷10楼的卡，但女儿手上只有5楼的卡，上不去，叫清洁阿姨帮忙刷一下，回答是：我也没办法，我也上不去😡😡😡。
万豪的价格比喜来登贵大概200-300元，我以后坚决不住喜来登。服务太烂了。

在佛山的新区，周边都还在建设，所以所谓的观景房也就那样吧……酒店卫生做的比较一般，有些设计比如洗手池这些不太人性化。但是酒店整体的服务和内部环境还是比较好的。

第三次入住该酒店，不愉快，入住的房间傍晚回去灯不亮 等好久修不好， 要求换房， 却换进一间烟味很重的房间， 估计刚退房， 洗手间地板还有水没擦干， 非常非常不满意， 作为国际品牌的五星级酒店不应该有这样的错误， 会写反馈信到其官网
