16号上午到前台办理退房的时候前台有个戴眼镜的男服务员，吊儿郎当的站在前台，讲话毫无礼貌，态度非常恶劣。一家五星酒店，服务人员既没有服务水平也没有服务意识，好比一只猴子穿了件漂亮衣服，令人失望之至，下次不会再选择喜来登。
