酒店档次比预期的好得多，房间很漂亮，服务也不錯。只是早餐只有4个套餐可供选择，略显简单。总体感觉还是很不错的。

很好的酒店，酒店位于西湖公园环湖木栈道旁，酒店还专门为住店的客人开通了进入木栈道的门，建议想入住的朋友在傍晚时分用完餐后沿着木栈道环湖一周，感受湖面吹风以及湖面灯光，感受这份轻松与惬意。入住时酒店生意很好的样子，双床房都已经满房了，酒店前台服务人员很热情地为我免费升了一级，住进了豪华湖景房。房间内物品摆放和设计都比较人性化，赠送迷你吧，好爽啊！有苏打水、可乐、百威、喜力、雀巢咖啡、昆仑矿泉水，各赠送壹瓶还有新鲜的水果。房间色调柔和，简欧风格，并且卫生打扫的非常细致。离店时有管家为我拿行李，专人为我叫的士，可以看出作为酒店人的用心。
