酒店服务非常好，主动帮客人拿行李、叫车、能主动问候、保持微笑，房间干净，每日打扫。地理位置也很好，出门就是健身步道和西湖公园，公交也很方便。应该是到福州首选。

首先对悦华酒店的服务和管理点赞，入住当天老公生病发烧，酒店服务员知道后主动提供的细致的服务，如中餐厅服务员还主动给老公提供了免费的热姜茶驱寒，客服服务员在送体温计的同时还准备了感冒冲剂，我们外出回到房间，发现给准备好的温水以及问候留言，很是贴心，非常感动。在酒店任何地方遇到服务员他们都会主动问好，有宾至如归的感觉。此外，酒店的硬件设施也很好，房间干净整洁，卫浴用品、毛巾都很好。老公因为腰疾需要睡硬床，提出要求后酒店当天就进行了更换。总之，推荐福州悦华酒店，这是一次愉快的住宿。
