入住体验最差的一次，房间视野还好可以俯瞰三坊七巷。说一下哪里不满意1.入住酒店时是晚间七点多，停车场的入口和商场地下停车场的入口在一起等了大概半小时才能进入到酒店停车场。2.进到房间内电水壶不好用叫服务员从新进行更换。3.房间不隔音旁边房间听的很清楚。4.早餐餐厅服务人员态度太差，因我有事情约了人早餐谈，结果服务员告知需要从二十楼下到一楼大厅去给朋友办入住登记。明明订房间的时候是双早，才约的餐厅谈事！！！我拒绝后服务员说可以再交一份餐费，结果不收现金不可以挂房账，必须微信转账到服务员的手机上！因时间紧没有过多计较，服务员在用餐过程中一直在与餐厅其他工作人员大声聊天，体验太差劲了，特别后悔订的这个酒店。下面我会附上微信转账图片，希望酒店有关人员看到可以予以处理！

27日入住2103房，预付三天定金，入住时发现衣柜门掉了，洗澡时落水不畅站在水中，次日早上发现房间桌面上，台灯罩上，电视机上，窗台上甚至厕所门上都有一层灰尘，手一摸就留下手印。吃早餐时餐厅一角在往下漏水，酒店设施陈旧，不卫生不干净，服务意识差，是我见过的最差酒店，幸亏艺龙网上订的是可撤销的，28日马上退房。

边上百货在装修，走路很困难，没地方停车。特别是早上六点就非常吵，非常非常吵……房间里味道特别重。
