酒店性价比很高。估计因为外墙装修没有窗户的原因价格很优惠。配的双早餐也很不错。中午自费的自助餐就很差了，好多客人，没有人满意的。

酒店位置一流，既有福州最好的商圈、又在三坊七巷的隔壁，观光购物都是极好的；地铁已通，交通极为便利。
客房设在20楼以上，有种特别的静谧，从20楼看中庭，有种“盗梦空间”的感觉！
其他就一般般了，电视太小，还没电。早餐算干净、但品种少，咖啡机坏了、服务员表情木讷无所谓。
装修老化比较明显，如洗脸盆坏了，水太小！窗台的装修垃圾可不是一般的多，让人看着恶心！
与管理水平相比，房费就显得太贵了！

酒店就在东街口，交通极为便利！2203房型不错！服务员态度很好！只是目前酒店正在进行外墙立面改造，午间休息会受一些影响！
