首先说说优点，东街口，楼下即到三坊七巷，离乌山、西湖景区都很近，房间够大。外部在建设，通行不是很方便，入住登记时前台美眉毫无表情，因为和父母出行，其中一间订的高级怡景房，麻烦她将两间房安排得近一点，而事实上两间房在两个楼层的东西两头，绕得我那个累呀！！！近房一看根本无景观可看，打电话前台问，她说在装修都封了没得看的，那个郁闷啊，晚上要休息了才发现门反锁是坏的，打电话前台换了帅哥接听说要么给换楼上房间，于是换了，虽然景观不及标间的，但离我的标间超近，心情舒畅多了。打扫卫生的阿姨也很好，面带笑容，结账时的另一个美眉也很好

地理位置特别好，有停车位，自驾游很方便，下楼过个小门就是三坊七巷的塔巷，近得不敢相信了。还能从房间窗户鸟瞰全景。住的三层楼与外面有玻璃门隔着，隐私性很好，早餐还行，吃得饱。
