1、酒店电梯太慢了，只有两部电梯，人非常多，包括其他商家和很多送快递的，基本上每次排队都要五分钟以上。
2、酒店前台服务员服务态度一般，押金要400元，退押金不能马上退还，要等几个小时，说是什么要等别的客人交了才能退，不能理解。
3、设施比较陈旧，杯子不太干净，很潮。
4、位置还可以。
