第一次问什么时候退房，说12点，然后准备退房，后前台说2点，就和前台交代说先不退房，房卡放前台，前台还特意留了本人电话，结果11点多来酒店，准备上去下，结果前台大姐说我已经退了，服务态度不敢恭维，还说我发票都开了难道不是退房，我奇怪了，发票昨天开的，意思是我昨天办理退房？什么态度，彻底无语……这服务态度，我给满分，多给了怕前台大姐骄傲
