请酒店管理层好好教育下总台个别服务员，说话要有礼貌，无中生有的事，未亲眼所见的事不要妄自开口胡说八道，餐厅服务连几本的吃饱都谈不上，不求吃好了，连个歺券还不按照订单要求给，请考虑下远到而来下榻贵酒店客人的感受！
