感觉不值得这个价，但是福州的酒店都差不多，服务挺好的，入住非常快，房间还有背景音乐，这个很贴心，还送了水果，还有保险箱和冰箱，真的很方便，只是上一个客人留下来的茶水没有及时清洗

由于我在携程与艺龙同时订了，但随时将携程取消，艺龙网还同我确认了，结果到酒店还是没给我确认。艺龙根本没记录，携程取消的记录还有。只能说艺龙的服务要加强了。当然这丝毫我对该外贸中心酒店的好感。正五星的标志，很醒目。预订的是套房，房间很大，也位边角的位置，一间客厅，外加一个卧室，有特色的是厕所，比较大，有观景台，市区景观一览无余。酒店位于市中心繁华地带，对面就是王府井百货,购物餐饮也比较方便。由于到店已是黄昏。想申请加床，由于入住旅客较多，床已经没有了，后来服务生小哥把我带到一个房型，看看这个是否可以满足我的需求，尽管我还是觉得套房不错，但我还是要给服务生点赞。后来向客户加了些被子，拖鞋，也都有求必应。由于房间很大，小孩子精力旺盛，跑来跑去也很开心。

酒店位置不错，就是设施陈旧，尤其是空调热风太小，噪音太大，又冷又吵，无法熟睡。早餐品种不少，但天冷不盖盖子，都冰凉了。
