跨年入住，赶上住宿高峰期，要批评的是:
1. 将未打扫过的房间给到我们；
2. 晚上突然有人刷卡进来，原来前台将已入住的房间又放给其他客人！
所以这次体验不好，附送的早餐全无五星级酒店标准，差评！
