酒店位于市中心，闹中取静，设施新，房间舒适，早餐种类多味道好，从房间看闽江很美，整体感觉不错。
泳池和女浴室通道设计有缺陷管理不到位，第一时间反映问题酒店处理不及时，最后一天退房时逐级报告到一位周经理才做道歉并解释原因同时告知改进措施，这方面必须加以改进，从管理到人员素质，星级酒店拼的是管理和服务态度服务质量。
