从停车场说起吧，没人带位，很奇怪。前台服务态度普通，房间设施较旧。总之感觉不好，在住过的同星级酒店中式最差的了。

真他妈差，设施老不说，服务很一般，完全找不到5星级的感觉，尤其是早餐，差得没法用言语来表达，而且还老是没有菜，吃一顿早餐花了我40分钟时间，都在等菜，真他妈郁闷。

十多年前起每次到福州都住此酒店感觉很好沉淀了很多质量和文化的内涵硬件虽然陈旧了一点丝毫也不影响干净和温馨的氛围.性价比不错.

老旧的五星级酒店，房间设施都比较陈旧，中央空调很凉很强劲，有点受不了。户外的小花园和温泉泳池还不错，自助餐厅的汤很好喝，中餐厅的菜味道就一般

酒店设施不是很新，但酒店的服务，卫生挺好的，我这次住的是395元的大床房,在805吧,感觉好象刚装修过,地毯是新的,只是房间设施过于简单,房间太空阔了,建议增加些装饰品,毕竟是五星级酒店,不过总体来说还可以,出行也很方便，周围比较繁华
