空调没有冷气 室内温度30度 窗户打不开 问前台被告知是统一管理空调的 不能自己调节？？？在搞笑？还是有其他客户说冷开了暖气 所以所有人都要被开暖气...

酒店外观硬件高大上，但服务管理没有同步，房间面积大，但细节有缺陷，冲凉水排得非常慢，自助餐厅寒冷天无暖气，食物环境都冷冰冰。
