对这次的入住很满意，服务态度很好，尤其是cecile和Romy小姐姐，非常阳光热情，考虑周全。上电梯要刷卡，这点挺好的。其次环境好，交通便利，房间舒适卫生，服务人员提供各种帮助，还要感谢Joyce和Steven为我解答各种问题。房间的小摆件设计也很多特色，性价比不错，下次还要入住。

朋友第一次来福州，看评价觉得这家酒店挺好的就订了，入住之前打电话到酒店提前沟通，帮忙安排了生日布置，朋友很开心，我很满意！感谢。酒店位置很方便，大堂超级漂亮，值班经理余根伟帮我们升级了高楼层的房间，景观很好，床品比较舒适，欧舒丹洗漱用品很棒！入住还送了水果，退房时候Romy还送了我们一份手工巧克力帮我们叫了车，礼宾部也帮我们行李送上了车，服务很好！
