酒店在泰禾广场边上，商业环境非常棒，入住和退房手续办理很快，前台接待人员很专业，早餐我们坐在外面，应该是办露天婚礼的地方，感觉挺好，早餐没有特别惊艳的地方，不过品种还是丰盛的，床品尤其舒适，入住当天是中秋节，酒店特意送了月饼，居然还挺好吃的呢，总之是一次愉快舒适的行程

设施很新，德系风格，低调奢华有内涵。
旁边就是泰禾广场，吃饭方便，交通便利。
行政层性价比很好，有免费下午茶和晚餐。行政酒廊Lucia和Anthony 服务很细心,非常感谢!

kiko和yumi都是酒店的工作人员 这次很幸运的来到凯宾斯基斯基 遇到kiko小姐姐 订的是行政房无早餐 但kiko和yumi都给我送了早餐 每一天都可以下去吃 而且房间每一天都有水果 太贴心的小姐姐了 虽然没见过yumi小姐姐 但人真的很好哦 认识了kiko 住在这好安心噢 下次有机会还要再来 过两天就离开这边啦 哈哈希望以后来了还能入住这边😁行政酒廊很赞 环境赞 配的餐食也很赞 😂早餐也是非常丰盛 对于不吃早餐的我 都要爬起来下去体验 第一次写酒店评价 总体入住体验感是很好的噢😁

疫情后第一次重新入住酒店，还是一如既往的服务棒。有空就喜欢呆在酒廊，Johnny服务特别的热情，会记住客人的喜好，推荐大家入住行政楼层。

总体五分酒店，各方面都很不错，交通便利，硬件设施也是福州数一数二的，客房布置温馨舒适，前台Kingsley很热情，服务很周到，酒店餐厅也很棒，和朋友一起去用了早餐，服务员很殷勤，总体来说性价比很高值得推荐

酒店硬件还好，就是卫生不好，个人觉得疫情期间的卫生消毒就是糊弄人的，房间内蚊子很多，大人和孩子深受其害，夜不能寐，简直是受罪，没什么必要，还是选择其他酒店吧
