在美伦住了将近一周，给人的感觉就是家。每位服务员脸上都洋溢着热情的笑容，每天都让人觉得舒服。新装修的房间风格简约，前台贴心地安排了可以看到镇海楼的房间，楼层大姐每天卫生都做得很到位，房间里每天都有新鲜的水果补充。礼宾部的金钥匙邹彬宏先生服务专业热情，了解到我每天都要外出去公司，特意联系了熟识的出租车，每天定时定点到酒店门口接我，免去了我在上班高峰等车难的困扰，真的是旅途中最值得信赖的人！

酒店地理位置优越，离火车北站只要10分钟车程，早餐品种多样，也有不少福州小吃提供。前台和门口礼宾部小哥的服务很好，特别是酒店的金钥匙邹彬宏经理，为我们办理入住的同时，还介绍了福州当地的旅游景点，还推荐了几个具有福州特色的菜馆，相当的贴心！

一进酒店大堂有帅气礼宾小哥带到前台办理入住，很热情，前台章秀莲小姐姐很热情，笑容甜美，问我对房间房型有什么要求及个人喜好，还帮我升级至新行政房，房间设施设备很新，疫情期间，房间卫生做得很干净，消毒措施很到位，住起来很放心，可推荐大家住新行政房型，酒店员工服务很到位，体验不错。

在这边住过很多次了，这次的房间是最小的，连个小沙发和小桌子都没有，房间里只有写字桌前一张椅子，要是有客人来了只能坐在床上！另外写字桌上的小盆景因为长期没浇水已经垂头丧气了！
