差劲、业务能力太差了，入住的时候，房间有一只蟑螂，卫生不达标，酒店处理的结果也非常差劲、半夜让我换房间，有没有道歉什么的措施、太糟糕了！非常差的一次入住体验，另外，和艺龙联系后得知这家酒店不是五星的，没有挂牌。
