1. 酒店员工的服务态度非常好，很赞
2.酒店的暖气是中央空调不可控， 暖气太足非常不环保
3. 马桶漏水 半夜上厕所都要等半天确认是否漏水
4. 一家出行看中温水泳池才选择了创元，结果游泳时居然被告知一间房限制2人游泳。酒店订房又没有相关提示，过程有点不愉快；后经过大堂经理的调整，愉快解决此事。真心建议允许住客免费使用泳池，特别是带小孩出行的家庭。

这家酒店在福清真的算很好了，服务态度也很好，电梯口都有服务员帮忙按电梯，安保也超级好，每次点外卖，外卖小哥只能把东西放在前台，然后前台再让服务员小哥哥送上来，然后说句用餐愉快。服务真的不错了，自助早餐也很好，早餐种类多，晚上还有服务员送甜汤来，每天都有做卫生，房间里都超级干净，需要改进的就是电视！！！！！频道播放的片都是以前的，现在的片都没有，难受，总体来说很不错！！！
