该酒店最大的问题就是ktv声音太大，影响休息，11点提出噪音投诉，一直无法解决，迫使我们半夜一点多无奈换房到高楼层，预订了两个房间两天，提出减免部分房费，作为影响休息的补偿，结果当班经理以无权限为由，只给了两个可乐，三个牛奶做为补偿。休息不好的旅客选择该店，要慎重。

艺龙上订了连续四天的房间，反复要求楼层高一点，但给了酒店的最底层7楼。晚上三楼KTV唱歌声音巨响，直到凌晨二点才停。卫生间很小，是台上盆，洗点内衣裤，水漏了一地。早餐一般。下次绝对不住了。唯一的优点离树兜地铁站很近，附近吃饭超市购物方便。
