酒店还不错，管理有待提高，退房时间快到前台会不停打电话来催，另外结账时给的300元押金前台提都不提，直接说可以走了，我问押金呢，她才说那我再看一下，又去找押金单，不知道是管理问题还是套路还是小姑娘太粗心了
