房间真的很小，交通很不方便，早上的自助早餐是真的受不了，东西太少了，除了那边空气还算不错外，酒店和携程的沟通问题，导致我们这次入住很不顺利，觉得写着五星级酒店，服务真的没跟上

此酒店设施差，服务差，冲着山上空气好去，结果一股农药味，底级杀蚊虫方法。酒店这么差，房子质量也不敢认同。

周边别墅区是工地，坏了山景。无SPA之类的服务，去附近景点无专车接送。酒店造型别具一格，希望完善景区建设及配套服务。餐厅菜品太少，送的羊肉火锅挺好的。房间热水不足，淋浴到后面出冷水。空调噪音大。

周边环境很幽静，大山深处发呆好去处。五星级的房价与餐价，与事实不匹配，值得安慰的是服务员已经按星级标准努力。先说房间设施，床头没总电源开关，没夜灯，所有电源开关沒标对应灯源，没衣帽镜，卫生间没插座，空调室外机立在房间阳台上，吵得脑疼。早餐是套餐式，不管胃大小，多一个孩另收108元早餐费换一碗淸汤面。

硬件设施太差，整个酒店像个菜市场，配套的餐厅根本服务不了。也就是比快捷酒店好点，照片都是骗人的
