太砸希尔顿招牌了，没有一个部分是满意的，前台服务不好，没有服务意识，房间又小又窄设备都很旧，房间墙面炸裂，恶心到极致，遗失物品在酒店也不打电话问询，自己回去取遗失物品，明明放前台了还磨磨唧唧不给，自己拿了就走了！再也不会去这家酒店，连定3天，住了一天就退房改定其他酒店，真是差的不是一点点，早上吃早餐一堆人吐槽酒店太差，还不如400块钱的！真让人恶心

这次来广州办事是第一次入住希尔顿酒店，地理位置便利，大堂服务的职员都很认真、耐心、热情和负责，给我印象很好。酒店时尚的设计很喜欢，管理很满意，下次去广州还是会选择入住希尔顿。
