From the moment we stepped into the lobby, a cup of tea was served while checking in??Extra pillow and amenities was delivered promptly. Breakfast was very good. Not extensive like big hotels but their qualities beat quantity. All the staff from check-in to bar, breakfast to housekeeping, all marvellous. Oh laundry is free too ^_^

这次带着父母来广州检查身体，选择这家比较近省人民医院的酒店。选择它的原因一个是距离近，第二个看中是 25 刚开业新装修。入住当晚由於每个房只有一份早餐赠送，但是前台接待看到我们三人就赠送多一人这个挺好的。关於装修细节，我们就不在此赘述了。作为建筑行业从业者，我给此项目打了85分。其商务风格令人赞赏，而最让我觉得情有可原的是服务态度，每一位工作人员都显得十分专业且周到。这份用心，让每位住客都能感受到家的温暖与舒适。

酒店位於淘金地铁站旁，地理位置优越，交通便利，出门就是地铁站，周边繁华，方便游客出行及商务活动。此外，酒店距离中山大学附属肿瘤医院很近，步行10分钟。
酒店设施齐全，环境安静舒适，装修新颖。房间的隔音效果好。入住办理流程快，前台服务好！

续住一晚，再补充一下点评。这里的早餐是早上7点到12点，对迟醒一族非常友好。今天发现有老外爱吃的墨西哥taco饼，点心种类也特别多。试了一个桔子包和红豆水晶糕，挺好吃的。在携程下续住单时，没注意到这次是不含早的，跟酒店沟通後，经理大方送了两份早餐。

就在淘金站A出口，虽然説入住的很多都是黑人，街上也是很多很多黑人，但不影响我的入住。本来想订全季酒店的，在附近一百米这样子吧，但考虑到自己方便，还是选择了这里。晚上还可以到酒吧喝一杯鸡尾酒，但就没什麽人。早餐也不错，早餐位置竟然还有卡座包厢哈哈不错。也有洗衣房和健身房。反正够我出差用就行了，不错

Hotel in a convenient location. Just opposite of Taojin.
But the service level is very bad. For 3 people of is they provided just 1 room key, where evrything is operated with room key like lift.
Room requested was non smoking but given very bad room with full of smoke smell. That made us infected.
We requested so many time to chnage room, but they promised but never provided.completely unprofessional approach made us akward. No proper Management. Just simply avoid situations is the approach.

这次广州旅行最大的惊喜，住在观涧酒店，地理位置特别好，这次主要地铁出行，酒店紧挨淘金地铁口出行很方便，而且酒店很新，里面的设备都是智能的，马桶和浴室的设备都是新的，这点深得我心，房间很乾净，早餐很丰盛，这个价位有这样的早餐不得不説很惊喜，最重要的是，服务很热情！有个蔡姓的小姐姐，很耐心的再帮我们解决问题，因为之前有点不合适还更换了房间，每个工作人员都很热情很有礼貌，让这趟行程舒适了很多！
