入住观涧酒店，我和家人超级满意。房间装修得很好，精致高级乾净。冰箱里的饮料都是免费送的，矿泉水就有6支，还有东方树叶和可乐，6楼酒吧还免费提供了两杯共价值116元的鸡尾酒，很好喝。打电话去酒店前台问小哥拿一次性浴巾，前台小哥亲自送来俩，给小哥点赞！前台小姐姐小婷服务态度非常好，声音温柔又好听，还给我们升级了早餐！酒店老板要多给小婷和那个前台小哥加工资啊，留住他们就是留住了客源。其它同等价位的酒店无论位置装修服务都远远比不上观涧酒店。我们下次来广州还住这家。对了，酒店的早餐值得重点提一下，点心做得不输5星级的酒店，非常好吃，其它菜品也新鲜可口，就是豆浆豆放少了味道淡了点。忘了拍餐厅的丰富早餐照片，只拍了酒店房间一张照片。反正这家酒店很好。

We booked a smaller room at first. Be aware the 25 sqm room is much smaller. That is the only negative aspect. Clean and new furnished rooms, great quality of the bed. The breakfast that is included in the room price is comparable to a 5* hotel. Best breakfast I had in a long time with all chinese and western dishes available. Would definitely recommend this hotel

设施：比较新，有智能家居，小度语音可以操控灯、电视、窗帘，空调需要用面板控制。
衞生：房间内整洁乾净
环境：市中心、地铁口非常方便
服务：热情、基本上是是随叫随到，见到客人会主动打招呼。
用餐：早餐非常好、7-12点懒人福音

地理位置：酒店在地铁站旁 位置十分优越
酒店外观：大堂装修中国风，很有艺术感
房间：设施基本齐全，有雪柜，空间感足够，整洁，有悉心安排，例如床脚夜灯，AI管家，USB插头，不过略嫌空调不足。
服务：大堂及楼层人手好似不太足够，到步当日大堂处理check in手续需一段时间，且房间未准备好，不过安排了一间房间给我们休息，这点加分。餐厅员工好像不太友善，又有点累，多次看到她在打呵欠，略嫌不够专业。
食物：选择如多 味道尚可 见有小风扇放水果区赶蚊 不见有小昆虫 这点很好 未有见过其他酒店有这个安排 这点很好
总言之，这间酒店总体是值得再来！

隔音效果出色，在房间内几乎听不到外界的嘈杂声，也听不到隔壁房间的动静，能享受安静惬意的休息时光。服务也贴心，住店期间有任何问题都能及时帮忙解决，很喜欢房间这个大大的落地窗，看夜景超棒！

在附近随便订了一家酒店没想到各方面都很不错，有地下停车，房间干净整洁也很大，设备都很新，主要是晚上很安静，虽然酒店在路边但是周边安静环境也不错。网速很快 办公打游戏不卡顿 投屏也很清晰，下次还会选择的
