第一印象、大堂非常地小，连坐的地方都不多个。由于恰逢修路、外面是一塌糊涂暂且不论，室内感觉就是老旧的腐木的味道。吃饭的地方、游泳池都非同一栋，要下楼往外走其实很不方便，感觉饭店那边更适合做大堂，下面有张很大很大的大厅的地方就是饭店。早餐非常糟糕，就像跟旅游团时吃的招待所早餐，含早非常不划算，吃的东西最好的就是鸡蛋了，其余简直就……房间里的环境和宣传图差不多，感觉就像招待所，可能受旧有的布局影响吧。房间有蜘蛛，大小都有，大腿上可能是被蜘蛛咬了，起了个大包。唯一一点好的是，房间的中央空调很给力，而且有离房开启功能，对于夏天回到房间时，那种舒爽是绝对好评的。房间有送餐服务，加15%服务费，觉得还能接受、因为就两人，点菜又不好点而且外面修路，实在不想去那里吸沥青味。修路很高效，一晚就修好、没有影响第二天开车离开，虽然也是被困了一天，但出到去滴滴打车或者到对面的会议中心也有很多的士。离白云山景区入口很近，不过那条路走起来很累，因为很长很长的直路，走得让人难受。鸣泉居里面就像个大花园一样，有个很大的湖、风景还是不错的，不过也没啥闲心走、主要是去广外考试的，总体来说，性价比不高，除非对风景买单。
