這次訂的是行政房，不管是前台還是所有服務人員都非常熱情，服務非常到位，這次入住的體驗很好，下次還繼續訂這裡，房間也是很乾淨。真的對於任何細節上都無可挑剔。

开业一年的喜来登，适逢节日入住，大堂空间明亮，舒服，工作人员服务到位，而且还给我们升级了高楼层的房间，房间面积够大，床品舒服，设计风格有别于之前入住的好几间喜来登，洗浴间够大与卫生间是干湿分离的，不知道现在是否环保原因，备品全用大瓶装的，印象中以前的小瓶备品味道很好很不错的，现在这个一般。在酒店享用了自助晚餐与早餐，感觉出品，味道都一般，选择也不多。

踏进酒店就闻到属于喜来登的香味。酒店位置很好，楼下就是万达，还是天河城，吃的行方便。早餐更是无可挑剔了，在疫情下，还坚持不减少品种，出品也做得很好。前台和大堂经理都是笑脸相迎，精神气爽的，让人感觉到很是欢乐！谢谢大家了！

总的来说还是不错的，跟其他城市喜来登酒店差不多，房间卫生可以，也比较安静，住起来挺舒服的。早餐也还行

环境很不错，离长隆挺近的，床很舒服，床垫秒杀其他酒店，房间干净又温馨。酒店自带的游泳池虽小但很干净舒服。入住当天是对象生日，感谢酒店前台小哥哥送的双早，工作人员在房间简单布置小惊喜，谢谢礼宾部Wade先生和当天值班的前台小姐姐帮忙确认蛋糕闪送的到达和冷藏。希望领导们看到评论给他们加鸡腿。下次会来哦。
