积分升级了高级套，房间非常大，设施虽有一定年龄，但保持了老牌五星应有的水准，跟喜来登万豪威斯汀这些国际标准的商务五星有差异，保持了一些东方特色和对豪华的理解。酒店占地也很大，新五星很难做到这个气场，目测房间上千间，外国人非常多，也有俄航的机师空姐入住。早餐品种不多，但质量不错。说不足也有网友普遍吐槽的服务态度不五星，服务员还是以前老国营的感觉，跟上边说的国际标准服务有差距，另外是水温不足，空调又太冷不能调，整个房间像冰箱。

优点：地理位置很好，地铁出口三至五分钟，对面就是点都德(可吃早茶)；老牌五星，酒店大气，泳池很好。
缺点：五星酒店房间内陈旧，除了木桌椅有掉漆之外，插线板居然接触不良，很难充电。
A.乌龙事件让服务大打折扣：预留给我房间A，给我另一间房B的房卡，开门发现里面上锁，还有一个女人的声音，赶紧通知服务员解决问题。虽然我没什么损失，但是换位一个，要是我是女子，正在睡觉，一个陌生男子拿房卡开来开门……细思极恐！
B.艺龙预定两晚的房间，已经预付费，提前两天告知需要提前退房，但是不接受退款第二晚的请求。时间说明：4日入住，4日晚餐时间提出5日晚不住，但仍无法退第二天房费，这种规定不合理。
