东方宾馆8月初带着孩子一家三口住了一晩上，整体来说还可以，位置好，在二号线D1出口走十分钟就到，环境好，毕竟上市公司五星酒店，大堂气派，酒店房间里设施没有说得那么差，入住人多，办理要排队，客房服务阿姐非常周到。唯一不足，房间有点味道，不过多开一下空调好很多！

首先酒店地理位置不错离地铁站近到哪都方便。五星酒店服务还欠点，中途有些小问题但解决了。解决问题的方式是让顾客来回跑吗？其次，酒店装修会有些吵，影响休息。

1. 酒店前台服务态度僵硬，效率低，说话喜欢推卸责任，不是为了解决问题，对老外的态度比中国人好（虽然酒店是我为老外订的，钱也是我付的。）
2. 客房服务员和西餐厅服务员态度好，值得肯定。
