酒店位置是不错的，到哪都方便！地铁站就在酒店出门右侧不远处，对面的点都德早茶不错，不远处也有陶陶居。酒店外部看上去大气上档次，内部设施陈旧，内外不匹配！希望今后有所改善吧！前台接待分配房间不按所订房型来，订的豪华房，却给个最里面位置最差设施设备都是坏的房型，后面要求换房也配合解决！希望这点还是要注意，给住客留下的不好的印象！

几乎每年过年都要在广州过年，因为年轻时在东方宾馆住过一年多所以对这个酒店有感情，今年入住有两件事的体验很差要吐槽一下，第一件是要早起赶飞机所以要做基础巴士，总机电话询问说在大门口上车，2月4日早起退房时问前台两个人是不是在正门口它们还是确认，事实在酒店西北门，这件事差一点让我错过飞机，个人感觉现在酒店的员工就是来混日子的它们没有起码的服务意识和责任心，另外一件事也和服务有关就不说了，总之老酒店硬件差一点没关系，但是这样不负责任的人会毁了这个老品牌，虽然是国企酒店也希望能更上一层楼。顺便表扬一下酒店的早餐，一如既往
