从广州过去还需要一个多小时车程，服务很周到安排了婴儿车和电蚊香，沙发和房间布置老旧，晚上灯光太暗，不方便出来散步，下午三点半以后才能安排入住

服务很好，环境优美，温泉也不错，儿子很开心！最重要餐厅的服务态度十分满意，我一个人带着一岁的儿子，服务员处处帮我照顾着。很满意！

这家酒店是我去从化住过那么多的温泉酒店里最好的。酒店很新，风格为东南亚风，最高只有两层，老人家走楼梯都没有问题。房间大，床铺干净，床垫软硬适中，很舒服。房间、阳台的面积很大，完全没有酒店的局束感，小孩活动空也得到保障。从下车到办理入住手续到房间，全程有人跟进帮忙拿行李，服务到位，退房投卡入前台的退房箱内可即走，不用检查房间，人性化。有个小缺点，就是温泉池离房间有10分钟脚程，高峰期要等电瓶车，不过路程在可接受范围内。温泉池目测有约30个，各式种类的池都有，而且泡起来很舒服，没有头晕胸闷的感觉，有一点硫磺味，应该是真正的温泉水。再去从化泡温泉的话还会选择这里。

一贯的好，不止一次来这里。环境温泉房间都满意。就是周边好吃的餐厅没有。从化温泉镇就没好吃的。
