春节期间在艺龙定了两间皇冠假日，感觉非常的不开心。因为带老人小孩，所以特意定了豪华套房，订单上显示的是双床的套房，而到店后答复没有双床套房，只有一张床又不可以调换，房间湿冷一股子霉味，与皇冠品质的套房差距太大，完全影响了全家人过年的气氛和心情！本打算住两晚，大家人断然不肯再续住，转天就离开。五星的价格没有对应五星的品质和服务，很遗憾，不会再来！

洗手间的浴巾烟味特别大，浴缸好脏，入住多次，这次最不好，房间只有一件浴衣，叫了半天都没再送一件过来。
