广交会的时候价格很高。可是淡季如果没有什么类似的大型活动还算很多人住得起，有可能一个晚上不到500块钱就订得到。
酒店亮点个人觉得是个早餐：特别丰富，品种多样化。作为外国人，我自己和我的同事都很喜欢。
交通方便：附近有火车东站、地铁站、长途巴士站、一嗨租车和神州租车门店。
预算宽裕一点的客人完全可以考虑住建国。如果想要简单一点的就可以住隔壁全季：价格比建国优惠四分之一到一半。

位置、设施、卫生没的说。至于性价比，冬天人少的时候划算一些。但高峰时段（如节假日、广交会等）因为人多，所以价格猛涨。还有，这个时候酒店的自助早餐比平时会简单一点点。
