前晚开的房好冷，要求开空调服务员态度强硬就不开，要求退房也不给退，哪有这种酒店，还不如外面一百一间的。

安静，环境不错，关键是家人住在雅居乐花园，逢年过节非常方便，今年春节有点冷，遗憾的是酒店暖气设备坏了，好在酒店提供了暖风机，算是有点安慰

喜欢这家酒店，有几点，1 位于社区内，非常安全。晚上很安静。2.服务好，有求必应。前台小哥哥很热情。3.卫生好，环境好，在一个大湖边，空气很清新，睡的特别好，明明是出差.住的像度假的感觉。4.距离万达，万博.长隆，余荫山房很近，地铁也方便，住的时期间居然还看到有剧组在酒店拍戏，给予好评。下次还来

在生活小区里晚上到环境很漂亮，前台的小姐姐还给升级了房间，服务细心周到很赞，房间挺大的，浴缸也是很大，卫生很干净，退房前台还赠送了一包休闲小零食，很贴心退房也很快，刚好赶车不影响时间。值得推荐，下次过来还会选择。

老住客了。这次出差南村万达这边，顺便带家里人来的，酒店有升级活动，免费升级到了豪华大床湖景房，带个小阳台。电梯是观光梯，也可以看到湖边美景。晚上这里有个商业街，也很多吃的选择，关键是离万达近，离地铁也近，感谢前台帅哥小张帮忙升级。家人都很满意。谢谢，
