服务态度不太好，灯和电视机坏了跟前台说然后被问是不是用了电水壶，我说了没有还重重复复问了几次...难道烧水就不能开灯？这样的水平也能是四星级？后来灯好了打电话给前台说不用修了还被嫌弃...现在的前台都这么拽的吗？
