环境没得说，毕竟是独家山上的酒店，但洗澡的设备实在不敢恭维，喷头出水太少、太散，洗头太费劲....脚下还不是地砖，踩上去软趴趴的，没有踏实感....

山庄坐落于风景优美的白云山景区内，上下山庄要开车，不是自驾游的朋友只能坐景区的观光车，从公园西门上，中途需换一次车，酒店不报销观光车费用，但是自驾可以在门口报车牌直接开到山庄。大概气候原因，湿度比较大，房间内比较潮湿，部分设施陈旧，遇上广州少有的低温天气，加上小雨，略显湿冷，房间内没有升温设施，空调只能制冷的，工作人员服务周到，放了除湿器，但是收效甚微。

园林旧着但不乏维护,让人有美好的怀旧之感。工作人员态度友善。但室内设备陈旧, 并且有破损, 带来不清洁并且凋零的感觉, 希望酒店尽快进行修复和更新。

五楼比四楼干爽很多，但每间客房配套的抽湿机还是需要开启，一个晚上都会抽满10升水后自动停机。喝早茶建议向着山顶广场方向走大约600米，到达山湾饭馆。
