酒店前台服务员，态度恶劣！入住的时间已经是凌晨三点了，既然要求客房人员把冰箱锁起来因为我们没有足够的现金做押金！ 卫生水平根本不是4 星级标准！这4 星级标准估计是酒店自己给自己吧！退房的时候前台一边用微信一遍退都没有抬头！ 非常非常气愤！

设施比较旧，卫生还可以，服务一般，早餐一般，周围没有地铁公交没有吃饭的地方，除了广州酒家。唯一的优点就是房间比较大，可以远远看见小蛮腰！
