通过艺龙查找到的，番禺区唯一挂牌五星，入住前看评价还是比较担心的，来这里主要是品尝广东当地早茶，所以没有预订酒店早餐。但到店后很满意，前台小姑娘普通话非常标准，始终微笑，让人感觉很亲近，check in手续办理的也很快，因为到的时候已经傍晚，预订房型没有了，免费升级了套房。公共区域、客房内部没有什么明显的卫生、设施设备维护保养的大问题。喜欢他家的一次性拖鞋。服务上：出入遇到的最多的是礼宾，从来不主动问好，入住和退房时也没有主动询问是否帮忙提行李，毕竟我们是一个女人、一个老人、一个小孩，个人觉得这方面可以做得更好。还有一点：大堂以及楼层电梯间的公共区域气味管理稍显不足，香氛味道太大太大了，让人感觉不舒适。卫生问题：房间客厅卫生间门把手莫名其妙有不干胶污渍，两个卫生间的门后都有很多泥点儿。最后关于酒店位置：距离长隆动物世界大概20分钟车程，想带孩子去长隆的，科尔海悦确实是不错的选择，首先是五星级，各项服务都有保证，房价比长隆景区内的各个酒店和高级公寓都要便宜，而且每天早晨都有长隆免费的接驳大巴，这个是我从长隆景区游玩后入住科尔海悦才发现的。所以向计划去长隆的亲子游客推荐。
